SIX STEPS
To become a Heritage Vet Partner
STEP 1
MEET & SIGN
Meet with the Heritage development team and sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
STEP 2
EXCHANGE INFORMATION
A data room is setup to securely share limited financial, tax and operational documents. A clinic information document is provided.
STEP 3
RECEIVE VALUATION
As part of the financial review process and due diligence, you’ll receive a practice valuation at fair market value.
STEP 4
LETTER OF INTENT
Sign a non-binding letter of intent and finalize due diligence and key terms.
STEP 5
LEGAL DOCUMENTS
All legal documents including purchase agreements are executed. Closing is scheduled.
STEP 6
JOIN THE HERITAGE FAMILY
You continue to practice medicine while Heritage supports your practice with benefits, finance & accounting, talent acquisition, marketing, and operations.
